The Rumour is well described as a fast low-effort cruising kayak,
aimed at smaller paddlers up to around 150 pounds. Now built by Current Designs, the Rumour differs a little from
Nigel's original Rumour; it now has more initial stability, a tad more
volume, especially in the stern, and a slightly larger cockpit.

Loading is through a large round front hatch, an oval stern hatch (standard Current Designs configuration) plus a day-hatch.
